Prevented Feel Tired when Driving Car

When you drivecar, there are certainly feeling tired on the back, neck, or leg. Especially if you drive a car in a long time. There are several ways to reduce fatigue while driving.
To reduce fatigue on the neck, you can put a small pillow on the headrest. If there is not a small pillow,then you can replace it with a rolled towel wrapped around the neck.
Set the distance to the steering seat as comfortable as possible. You can set the distance to make the knees higher than your hips and legs are not in a position to hang on the end of the seat. Leg is in a position to hang feared you would be impeded blood flow. In addition, this position allows you to brake or clutch.
You also must empty your pocket. This is to increase your comfort in driving. When you’re in a traffic jam,  you can stretch the body in order to smooth blood circulation.
If you are experiencing fatigue or pain in the neck or back,  you must stop the car to a comfortable place. You can take a break or exercise lightly to smooth blood flow and fatigue can be reduced.
If you travel often takes a long time,  you should be diligent exercise. Exercise can be an option that should not deplete your energy. You can choose jogging, brisk walking, jumping rope, or calisthenics.
